Hi, We’re Graft Ventures, we make growth stage venture capital investments in Caribbean based businesses. The companies we work with have been operating for two or more years, already have tech enabled operations, or can significantly benefit by leveraging technology to grow. We know the Caribbean is a small market, so we expect that most business models will also have export based revenue.
The Caribbean is no easy place to operate, there’s limited capital available and financing always feels like a challenge. We want to be your partner for the next 10 years, helping you execute your passion, by providing you not just with financing, but other resources needed to support your growth and resilience.
We’re not the typical VC looking for the next Unicorn - our business model doesn’t require absolute industry disruption or large customer bases.
We’re looking for real businesses that can consistently grow, produce positive cash flows and have a strong competitive advantage.

Dmitri is an entrepreneur and investor with a strong passion to create solutions for a better tomorrow.
After working with the Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship for 3 years, Dmitri recognised the challenges founders and institutional investors faced in closing deals. Both parties wanted to work together but the deals available and terms required made it hard to execute. By creating Graft Ventures, he’s created a flexible workflow to match great entrepreneurs with venture friendly capital and additional management consulting support.
His experience spans 10 years in enterprise IT, sales and business development. Dmitri has consistently promoted technology adoption and business development across the Caribbean. When not behind a screen you can find him racing through Jamaica's scenic rally stages as part of Jetcon's Rally Team.
